    FAQ

How does the vacuum compression system work?

Place compressible clothing inside the vacuum compartment and fully close the zipper and valve. For the best compression results, use the Air Pump Pro. Use the expandable zipper for even more packing space.

How many days can I pack for with the Airback FLEX?

You can pack for approximately 2–4 days of travel, depending on what you pack and how you use the compression system.

What size laptop fits inside the Airback FLEX?

The Airback FLEX fits laptops up to 15 inches.

Will the vacuum compartment stay compressed during my trip?

Yes. Once compressed and properly closed, the vacuum compartment stays compressed throughout your trip.

    Is the Airback FLEX water-resistant?

Yes. It is water-resistant and designed for durable, everyday travel.

What is the difference between the Airback FLEX and the other Airback models?

The Airback FLEX combines the convenience of a backpack with built-in wheels, giving you the flexibility to carry or roll it while travelling.

Choose the Airback GO for a compact underseat backpack without wheels, the Original for a classic carry-on backpack, or the MAX for maximum packing space with backpack and roller functionality.

Prefer a suitcase? Choose the NEXT if you prefer a full carry-on suitcase or the MORE for a softshell check-in suitcase.

Do I need the Air Pump Pro to use the Airback FLEX?

No, the Air Pump isn’t required. However, we recommend it for the fastest and best compression results. The Air Pump Pro is compact, portable and rechargeable, so you can compress your Airback in seconds, wherever your trip takes you.

    Great design, surprisingly practical

"I’m really impressed with Airback FLEX. The design is sleek and well thought out, and the combination of a backpack and a trolley makes it incredibly versatile for weekend trips and short flights. The compression system is a great feature, allowing me to pack more without taking up unnecessary space. It feels solid and well-built, which gives me confidence in its durability, while the wheels make it easy to move around without having to carry the full load on my back. The compartments are practical, and the overall design feels premium without being overcomplicated."

    Very nice carry on

"Very nice carry on. Good quality and smooth usability. Extra laptop case. Multifunctional to use and good solution for the frequent traveller. The looks will always suit your style. The extra’s I really appreciate, I will never go back to a basic trolley"

    — Jan H. (5/5)

    love this bag

"I was looking for something like this for a while and after seeing on social media I decided to give it a shot... It has a bigger capacity then I expected. I took it on a ryanair flight and didn't have an issue. I packed a lot of stuff for a few days traveling with my toddler, it ended up being quite heavy but the wheels helped with carrying and it still passed as underseat. So overall I had good experience with this brand"

    — Aurora B. (5/5)

Paid itself on my first flight

"Took a trip to Italy and refused to pay €50 each way just for an overhead cabin bag. I managed to pack 7 outfits and a pair of shoes, toiletry bags and my electronic kit into the airback . Using the vacuum seal it flattened down enough to slide under the seat without the gate giving it a second lookm geniunely impressed!"

    Hele goede aankoop

"Superfijne koffer! Dankzij de ingebouwde compressor kun je verrassend veel meer meenemen. De koffer rijdt soepel, is prettig in gebruik en ziet er ook nog eens professioneel en stijlvol uit. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die comfortabel en efficiënt wil reizen."

    — Jurriaan V. (5/5)

Uno zaino eccezionale, tanto che ne abbiamo comprati tre!

"In famiglia ne abbiamo uno ciascuno e siamo tutti molto soddisfatti. Promosso a pieni voti: consigliatissimo!"

    — Roberta A. (5/5)

Absolutely obsessed with my new suitcase

"I’m hooked! Not only is this suitcase super stylish, but it’s also incredibly practical. I travelled for a week with it, and I honestly felt like a genius using the pump to compress all my clothes and create so much extra space! Such a game changer. Would def recommend."

    — Amber R. (5/5)

    Looks good

"Haven't used it yet but it does look good. However I think it's slightly over priced and/or should include the vacuum pump, not have as a separate purchase. The technology is not new. These luggage bags with a pump can be bought online eg. amazon and used to 'compress' one's packed clothes. I have a few expensive brands with the backpack converting to wheels but sadly none are underseat - that's the only reason I bought this, I did think the vacuum pump was included for the price"

    — Nike G. (4/5)

    Definitely a great travel suitcase!

"I’m really happy with my new NEXT! The design is nice and modern and the suitcase feels sturdy and well made. It’s easy to maneuver and has plenty of space because of the vacuum compression."
