1. Return Policy

1.1 Outlined return policy
•    You have 100 days from the date of purchase to return your product.
•    Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
•    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.2 Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. For the fastest exchange process, we recommend contacting our Customer Happiness team at hello@airback.store.

1.3 Return Costs
Please note that return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs fees, are the customer's responsibility.

2. How to return your order

2.1 Return Steps
1.    Email us at returns@airback.store with the reason for your return.
Subject line: Return: [Your Order Number]
2.    Download the return form here and include it in your package.
3.    Send your package to our return address:

4.    Once your package is shipped, please send the tracking number to: returns@airback.store

3. Refunds
•    Once we have received your return, we will process it within 7 business days. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.
•   Please note that it may take several business days for returned packages to arrive at our warehouse and appear in the tracking system.
•   Additionally, depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
