1. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
•    Shipping Fees: We offer various shipping options, which may incur different fees. The shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout.
•    Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET are typically processed the same business day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Processing may also be delayed due to high order volumes or disruptions within postal and courier networks that are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable at this location, we may ship your order from an alternative fulfillment center to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
For some countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply, depending on local regulations.

Any applicable charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
