FAQ

How does the vacuum compression system work?

Place compressible clothing inside the vacuum compartment and fully close the zipper and valve. For the best compression results, use the Air Pump Pro. Use the expandable zipper for even more packing space.

How many days can I pack for with the Airback GO?

You can pack for approximately 2–4 days of travel, depending on what you pack and how you use the compression system.

What size laptop fits inside the Airback GO?

The Airback GO fits laptops up to 15 inches.

Will the vacuum compartment stay compressed during my trip?

Yes. Once compressed and properly closed, the vacuum compartment stays compressed throughout your trip.

Is the Airback GO water-resistant?

Yes. It is water-resistant and designed for durable, everyday travel.

What is the difference between the Airback GO and the other Airback models?

The Airback GO is our most compact Airback, designed to fit under the seat and ideal for shorter trips. If you prefer wheels, choose the FLEX. For more packing space, choose the carry-on backpack the Airback Original, the larger Airback MAX with wheels, or the Airback NEXT suitcase, but if you're really looking for a check-in version choose the MORE.

Do I need the Air Pump Pro to use the Airback GO?

No, the Air Pump isn’t required. However, we recommend it for the fastest and best compression results. The Air Pump Pro is compact, portable and rechargeable, so you can compress your Airback in seconds, wherever your trip takes you.

Reviews

Unconfortable

"This backpack is really unconfortable. The backpack's weight is not align with the body, and it only rests against the lower back; if you carry a heavy load, it hurts your shoulders. The handles are short, and I can't attach the strap because it sits right at neck level. I tried to explain that it is very uncomfortable for me, and I even offered to exchange it for another backpack—even at a financial loss—but they refused due to their return policies. Ultimately, I’ve lost the money"
